Cancellation Policies

  1. Free cancellation wihtin 48 hours. If you change your mind, you will receive a full refund.
  2. If you cancel more than 48 hours after your reservation and up to 30 days before your arrival, you will receive a 50 % refund of all nights paid.
  3. If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before your arrival, you will receive a 25 % refund of all nights paid.
  4. If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before your arrival, you will receive a 10 % refund of all nights paid.
  5. If you cancel between 7 days before your arrival, you will not receive a refund.
  6. The total amount paid includes 12,5 % taxes, which will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation.
  7. The cleaning fee is refundable in the event of cancellation.
